Welcome to Dream Home 10 – The Seaside Sanctuary—our first-ever Dream Holiday Home! Located in the breathtaking beachside town of South West Rocks on the NSW Mid North Coast, this home is all about bringing that holiday-every-day feeling to life.
The brief? Create the ultimate relaxing retreat, blending classic Aussie coastal charm with a hint of Mediterranean villa vibes—a dreamy home away from home. But here’s the twist… it’s not just a holiday home; it’s a luxurious escape for up to 12 guests, complete with five private hotel-style suites (because even on holidays, everyone loves their own space!) and plenty of open-plan entertaining areas to bring everyone together.
Oh, and did we mention we had to fit all of this onto just 690 sqm? Challenge accepted.
The result? Solace at South West Rocks—a little slice of the Med, right here in Australia. And if you’re wondering why we put the pool and alfresco in the front yard instead of the back… you’ll have to watch to find out.

We could have gone double-storey, but with the beach just a 400m stroll away, we weren’t scoring ocean views either way. Plus, a second level would have hiked up construction costs, so instead, we chose to prioritise quality over quantity, focusing on luxe finishes that make every inch feel like a high-end holiday escape.
Sure, we sacrificed some yard space, but when you’re in South West Rocks, who needs a big backyard when you’ve got stunning beaches, coastal walks, and endless adventures right at your doorstep?
