CREATING A COASTAL HAVEN
Nestled in a cosy coastal town on the NSW Central Coast, we couldn’t help but draw inspiration from the stunning natural surroundings—especially those earthy tones from the sandy beaches.
Curb appeal was at the top of our list, so we set out to create a home that makes people smile as they pass by, not do a double-take for all the wrong reasons.
Our dream home vision board is our fresh take on the classic coastal style you all know and love, but with a modern twist. We wanted it to feel like a true haven—a relaxing, inviting escape from the daily grind. So, we dialed up the warmth and layered in more textures than ever before. It’s coastal living reimagined, and we can’t wait for you to see it.
DREAM HOME 9 VISION BOARD
When you’re designing a brand-new home from scratch, it can be hard to visualise the end result. Unless you invest in fancy 3D renders, all you really have to go on are the facade drawings and floor plans.
That’s where a dream home vision board comes in to save the day! 🙌 Designing a dream home without a vision board is like trying to bake a cake without a recipe—you might have all the right ingredients, but things can quickly get messy. Imagine picking your favorite wall colour, floor tiles, and light fixtures separately, only to realise later that the colours clash or the vibe just feels…off.
Without that overall vision, you’re left guessing whether each decision will complement the next. Like baking your cake it’s risky if you just throw all the ingredients in together and hope for the best. There are steps and processes (a recipe) to follow to bake the best cake ever! Bathrooms can often feel a bit chilly, so we were on a mission to infuse ours with warmth, inspired by the golden sands of our coastal surroundings.
