We often get told “you should go on the block! #whatacompliment but we love our sleep way too MUCH! So we decided to create our very own online series.
Just don’t call it a renovating series, we build brand new baby, but whether your building new or renovating there’s still plenty to learn! Building new has it’s benefits way too many to list here – we could go on and on and on. Dream Home 5 has been over a year in the making, well actually more if you take into consideration the planning, oh and did we mention the 4 years waiting for land registration. Before we dig into floor plans and material selections we create our Vision Board it’s our sanity savior in the midst of making a gazillion decisions before the walls have even gone up!

Set on half an acre at the foothills of the beautiful Blue Mountains, Dream Home 5 is Sarah’s #modernaussieresort and to think she started designing and building way before Covid – she’ll definitely be holidaying at home this summer #luckygirl
Expect to see loads of texture – stone, concrete, timber and modern elements of black & white. But wait there’s more…. what’s a Modern Aussie Resort without a pool and this one is definitely the star of the show!
